I provide relational-psychodynamic therapy for adults of all ages and walks of life. I have targeted experience working with college students, the LGBTQ+ community, U.S. military service members and veterans, and survivors of trauma and abuse. I treat anxiety, depression, mood disorders, neurodivergence, panic disorders, relationship issues, life transitions, stress, trauma, and PTSD, and I offer affirming care to those who are exploring their sexuality and/or gender identity.
